Retail forex has been a dissapointpent thus far as i have to wait for at least 48hours before my instructions are actioned. this problem only started when my account was now being handled by reatail forex
the excuse you always get is its only one person that is responsible for a actioning and there is a pipeline of instructions waiting to be actioned
surely a bank of this magnitude can do much better that this. these delaies have dire consquences to me as a client as i wont be able to transact when i want to hence loosing out on revenue
