We are actually going nowhere in getting things resolved. It is all very well phoning me and telling me the issues are with IT blah blah blah. Then it all goes quiet and nothing is being resolved. I am getting really fed up with this service.
1. As per my previous complaint (point 3b), the pedometer steps are still reflecting from 2 May as max points reached. Why did I invest in a pedometer at all if I can never seem to get the points.
2. My multiply access from the My Momentum website is still missing, yet I can view it from the [URL Removed]

Please don't phone and tell me the issue is with IT. Rather provide me with a date by when this will be resolved, and make sure it is fixed by that date.
