This is unreal. Worse than any nightmare

They rejected my claim due to facts at their disposal and they refuse to give me these facts. They then stripped my car and half the car. Watch out for these guys they took the entire front of my car and do not know where it is or do not know who it,
They drag their feet with practically everything they do took almost 5 full weeks to get an outcome on my claim, and they do not want to be liable for stripping my car and losing/selling the parts
They don't give a ^%^&* they seem to feel that they are invisible and the poor paying customer has no rights
They don't want to recover my parts and they cost over 50, 000 they stripped my Audi S3 and no one seems to care, Karen van der Baan is rude and unprofessional to put it politely.
Beware Auto and General they are the worst insurance company and overpriced to think I was paying almost 1800 pm for car insurance and they still have the nerve to reject my claim based on facts at their disposal but would not provide me with these facts, I have lodged a complaint about the claim on Monday but to date no one has even emailed me, they are unbelievable,
I just want my parts back and will take Auto and Gen to the ombudsman
