I have just joined Momentum Health and I have only 1 complaint... there website is not user friendly!! For example, they greatly mention all of the helth benefits that are available free of charge under Health Platform Benefit, and kindly ask you to pre-notify them via the website to enjoy these benefits, however there is no further details on how to pre-notify them???
They also mention on their website that you can gain points on the Multuply option if you purchase a pedometer, but no further information on how to purchase this pedometer. Eventually I had to phone customer services to find out! In this day and age no body wants to spend time on the phone, so please Momentum make your website more user friendly!
