BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS

We are currently applying for a further loan on our bond, first application done in March and Standard bank could not get hold of us when requesting documents and closed the application. I finally phoned and got the necessary document they requested they then recaptured the application to my suprise it was closed again. This time with no communication. I phoned the call centre they said they could not get hold of my employer and that the number was incorrect. i requested the number that they used it was the exact number for our switchboard. The call centre send their going to escalate the matter to the sale departme it will take 3 day. After three days i phoned standard bank told me that the escalation was done wrongly they had to re do the process angain. After it was done i phone againdand recaptured the application when they confirmed employement. they had closed it again because there were document outstanding. No communication from standard Bank telling us that they need documents. When i asked if they tried to contact us the answer was no and simply apologise but no action was taken from their side. i really do not think they meet to their mission statement.
