I GET CHARGED INTEREST - BUT NO LOAN??

I am utterly dissapointed that it takes so long to get a student loan for my sister approved because of outstanding "security documents" - while I appreciate the help I get from Logie Naidoo and Dustin Hariparsad, I feel that these documents should not be a long drawn process - Nedbank is kind enough to help themselves to the interest that will be due on that student loan from my account - I understand the loan account will be in credit - but because I need to re sign all the documents - they will not pay my sisters fees? This really makes no sense to me! Why take my money in the first place if there are outstanding documents to be processed! There is no support what so ever. The fees are due on the 31/05/2013 and I hear that just to get the "security documents" processed could take two weeks! - Why was this such a long drawn process? I understand there was issues with my signatures, then I re signed that, since last week I had to go to the bank and sign a martial status document. this is crazy!
