Student Loan

I recently applied for a student loan I while back and it was a approved and the documents where sent to Meyerton branch. We signed the documents that the student loan department sent us to sign and Dorien said she will fax the student load department the correspondence number so that the money can be released. I called the branch on Monday to find out what's going on and she told me that she's busy and will call me back, its been 2 days now and I haven't heard 4rm her, I even called yesterday to find out what's going on and she said the same thing. Am fad up with her and her delays I just want to pay my school fess before the month end so I can be go back to school when Easter are over but it looks like that won't happen.
