Still charged interest after settling the account

Have settled my personal loan account on the 17/09/2013, and before i did that, i went to the branch to find out the settlement balance and i also called the call centre to get the settlement balance, which i was given. i made an EFT the very same day few hours after spoke to the call centre. (I was not told about any other fees that, will occur) Few days later I'm checking my account and i see, the loan now has an outstanding balance of R78.00 (interest). I phoned the call centre and only then i was told that, i need to go to the branch sign the closing documents and once i have done that, the interest will be reversed back, debit order will be cancelled and the account will be closed. went to the branch today, i get there I'm told i need to pay R85.42 before i signed the closing documents.. i have called the complaints division and was given ref no 41882220 and also got an sms from complaints division with ref no 37177129... standard bank is eating my money now, after i've paid what was due to them..
