I called MiWay on Mon as I had a mechanical failure on my car. I was advised that somone from Motorite would call me to advise me on the process to get a quote. Dewald from Motorite called advised that, I should get a quote. I got a quote from Audi and after sending it through I was advised, the next morning that the amount is too much and I need to get another quote from one of their suppliers which they never advised me off previously. They finally sent me a list of supliers almost 6 hours later. All the time speaking to Motoriet, they have been looking for something to get out of paying out the claim. They asked for the reason why I had the mechanical failure, a copy of the licence disk, last service history. I called MiWay after 16:00 on Tue to get them to sort it out with Motorite as they are looking for excuses to pay out. I received an e-mail from Motorite that I am not covered as my next service was supposed to be a few months ago. What does the clutch have to do with a service??? I called MiWay again on Wed and requested my issue to be escalated to a manager. Colette Swanepoel the manager advised that my 6 years with Miway means nothing and they won't help me sort this out
