Nedbank is the worst bank in South Africa

February 2013 I applied for a student loan at nedbank in mokopane, after a few months it was approved, then the money was deposited at my college, I then started receiving calls from the people who work at nedbank saying I need to pay the outstanding fees every month, fees I don't know about because I wanted a student loan not a student design, but instead they opened a student design which charged me every month, me and my mom agreed with the bank that she will be paying the interest fee every month and I will pay the full amount payed for me at school once I graduated and found a job but the bank didn't deduct the money the whole of 2013, this morning I received a call from nedbanks attorneys threatening legal action against me for not paying the money I know nothing about, they even opened an account without informing me, "the money they say I owe" was suppose to be deposited into that unknown account, when I informed my mom about the call she went to the bank to ask for the account she's suppose to deposit the interest fee in and she was told that that account was closed, today she was told to pay R20, 000 in 18 months, why is nedbank treating us like criminals for their employee's fault?
