My IX35 has a knocking sound in the rear, took it on 04 Apr, 18 Apr, 24 Apr & 29 Apr. My car is with them now for 17 days, they do not return any messages or communicate out of customer courtesy. With intervals my husband and I visited the branch to enquire and returned with a 1% satisfaction level. I've dealth with Jacques, Terrence & Amanda - all incompetent. Apparantly these people don't even have cellphone or e-mail as per the receptionist. I've tried to speak to the owner Mr v Blerk - imposibble is he is never available. I am without a vehicle, without any feedback. I've requested a courtesy vehicle, they don't have a courtesy car policy. Not one of them really try to assist me in any way. Not one of them can give an indication how long before the car is fixed? I've reported this to Hyundai SA and the lady that helped me suggested I tried the Motor Industry Ombudsman and she can't get any joy form Hyundai Menlyn. If you wan't real bad service visit Hyundai Menlyn. I will not recommend them to anyone. I think the service attitude boils down from top management.
