DISGUSTING service at Hyundai Menlyn

I have received what can only be described as THE WORST level of service from Hyundai Menlyn's service station. These individuals, on promising to service my vehicle, failed to do so. They in fact "Lost " my vehicle as we had to look for it on the work floor and in the HUGE parking lot. This all happened at 19:30 in the friday evening, 28 June 2013. On finding my car I asked for an explanation as to why it had been parked in an unsafe location and was in fact NOT SERVICED at all.
The staff at Hyundai Menlyn seemed to run around with no clue of what to do, drank beer on their work premises (in front of me, their client) and simply had no idea what had happened. Their responses to me were with such vile tones and rudeness such as I have NEVER received in my life before.
I am so dissapointed that I had chosen to purchase a vehicle from Hyundai.
If they were in fact fully booked, why did they not indicate this to me on arrival. I should mention that I had made an official booking and confirmed it telephonically. I would like to know what HYUNDAI as a brand plans to do about this GROSS negligence. The attempt of Menlyn was dismall and pathetic to say the least. I demand retribution
