Absa Card Credit system Big Time

Previously, few months ago when I had financial problem ABSA people did not call me at all. Now that I pay every months, they calling me every week that I promised to pay on the 10th of April as I made a payment on the 4th of April 2013. I think its wrong and the debt collectors do not have much work to do, as during the month of April I got 8 calls from them. I understand now why most of the people are closing their accounts at Absa, I thought that it was a responsible and convenient bank but its not I am very disappointed and the service is VERY VERY poor! Someone, somewhere from the bank is not doing their work!
