Poor customer care by Hyundai Menlyn

I am very unhappy with the customer service I am experiencing from Hyundai Menlyn. I took my car to Hyundai Menlyn on the 29 April 2013 for 30 000 service and Gearbox fixing. The car was serviced but needed to be checked by Reff &Diff for Gearbox. My car has been at Reff & Diff since beginning May 2013 until today 03 August 2013. Hyundai Menlyn has never gave me a call updating me of the status. I have to call them to be able to found out about my car. I have paid 3 installment of my car without driving it.

When I enquire about courtesy car, was told that they are not forced to give me one. I am now on my 4th month without using my car instead using public transport.

The Service Manager is so rude and need to learn about customer care.
The call operator need to know about customer care, they always promise to call you back but never did.

Hyundai Menlyn is a very bad example to Hyundai and will damage its image
