SELLING "NEW" CARS WITH SECOND HAND PARTS!!

Bought a Hyundai i20, 26th February 2012, from Centurion, within the first 6 months this vehicle has been in for 3 warranty repairs, which Hyundai Menlyn assisted with. Thereafter, 13th May 2013 car broke down on highway. Car been towed in to Hyundai Menlyn. Ever since my car has been with Hyundai Menlyn trying to fix this car. The Car Lab discovered second hand parts in this vehicle. Hyundai Centurion as well as Hyundai SA, does not want to take responsibility for this. I have been to the Ombudsman, we said this is a high court case. Centurion, did not even respond to the attorneys letter. I have been paying for a car which I have not had for 8 months. Absa has also been informed, and I am awaiting response, as this is! Hyundai Menlyn repaired vehicle, then it broke and so it has been carrying on for 8 months. Now, Hyundai Menlyn is replacing the entire engine, which means Centurion should be liable. Either replace this car with a real NEW car or pay me back since 2012 for the error! I am still without the i20. Is this the service Hyundai mentioned on there website - then people should be very weary to deal with them!!!
