Purchase

Hi I am an RCS account holder and upon receiving my January 2013 statement I noticed that there was a purchase for an amount of R1699.99 that was made on my account at TEKKIE TOWN Carletonville. I don't understand how this couldve happened as I have never made a purchase at TEKKIE TOWN Carletonville nor have I been there. I also don't understand how this purchase couldve been made as my card has always been in my possession. I have consulted RCS regarding this matter but RCS has failed to assist me. I have reported the matter more than once and have supplied RCS with the documents requested that were needed so that RCS could conduct an investigation and resolve this matter. But I have not been assisted yet. The response I keep getting is that there will be an investigation but assisted. This is a serious problem for me as I am paying high interests on my account for a purchase I didn't make and I am finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with the high instalment I have to pay as a result of the purchse. I hope that I will be assisted with my concern.
