Apparent purchase, given run around

I am an RCS account holder and on the 6th May 2013 upon landing at King Shaka airport I received an SMS of a purchase of R2299.00 at TFG group. I don't understand how this purchase could have been made as my card has always been in my possession at all times. I I have reported the matter and have supplied RCS with the documents requested so that RCS could conduct an investigation and resolve this matter. Every time I call to confirm receipt of my email I am given a new email address to send to, and its getting irritating. I sent the first email 2 weeks ago, and even now no one has been allocated to investigate the matter. And to top it all off no one bothers to communicate either via email or telephonically. It is quite a let down
