Hi, I would just like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Shaolin Govender for helping me with my account. I've been trying to get a statement and advice on my account for some time now. I explained I lost my job and I'm just trying to sort out my finances and have my name cleared. She was sympathetic but most of all helpful. After an horrendous experience with another bank, this was like a breath of fresh air. Nedbank is lucky to have such a wonderful person working for them.
