Hi,

on the 10th of January i went to Jet stores to purchase school uniform. upon payment using my account, i found out my account was blocked due to a purchase R2000.00 was made on my account.

I am happy with the efforts of jet to try and get hold of me when the purchase was made. unfortunately they could not reach me. I have gone to jet in Alberton to take in the affidavit that i made together with my id copy but due to power failure i had to leave because it was during my working hours, I went again at Jet Sontonga in Katlehong on the 18th Jan 2014 they were off-line.

I have to Pay R385 this month due to the high balance that was caused by the purchase. I hope upon receipt of my documents and dispute form my query will be sorted out quickly as i cannot afford the high instalment every month. I will visit the store sometime this week.
