Delay to finalise my claim dated 26 Oct 13

i lodged a claim on the loss cause by storm rain on the 26 October 2013 but up until today my claim is not yet finalised and no one is giving me any development or feedback. someone by name of Mike Robertson did visit my home for inspection & later he send a builder for quotation & later in November i received a call from Mike Robertson's office requesting my email address to send an invoice for an R1000 Excess which i paid into there bank account.

when enquired further to his office my damage loss will be sorted out next year which to me not acceptable why there take time more than 2 months to fix my claim and at the same time my house's furniture is further damaged by rain when is raining, where is the sense of urgency in this matter.

this is grossly poor service from Nedgroup insurance & no one from customer service to follow up with claim there are just depended to thier consultant or third party without even to call thier customers.

i have a contract with Nedgroup insurance not with Mike Robertson.

please sort out my claim before the end of this year i cant wait another months or weeks while my furniture is being damage by rain again.
