Disgusting Customer Service!!!

I am highly irritated and annoyed at the poor customer service that One Plan provides to people!!!

Firstly, the original policy documents sent through to me was not even correct - I had to advise the consultant that the premium stated on the policy was not what was stated telephonically and then still wait an additional day to receive the corrected policy!

Secondly, I have been requesting since Monday Morning, the 27th May 2013 that the above mentioned policy be cancelled, It is now Thursday, three days later and I have still not received a call or a mere email confirming that somebody has acknowledged my request!

When I originally spoke to your consultant on the 22nd May (Luvuyo Mhlongo) I was not advised that this cancellation would be such a lengthy process! I did advise him that I did not want to give out my banking details as I am not sure if I want the policy, all I wanted was a copy of the policy wording and premium details, his words were: "NOTHING IS CAST IN STONE, YOU HAVE A 30 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD IN WHICH YOU CAN CALL AND GET THE POLICY CANCELLED AT NO FEE"!!!
