ABSA INSURANCE and finance

BSA Vehicle finance is deducting additional insurance policy not agreed on by client and after sending them proof of you insurance the still deduct insurance form your account with around R1000. This all happens without any communication by email or sms. Apparently they send letters that never reached the clients or very late. What about the thousands of people how does not have an additional R1000 in their accounts for this on for seen expense that as not agreed with them. They promised me refund more then a week ago and still I have not received my money. I thing this should be investigated by the police or public protector This is like money from who know how many people. Only on this platform there is various people complaining about the some thing.
