Car Insurance Shoved Down my throat as consume

Absa bank is billing me for an insurance policy on my vehicle that i have never applied for nor agreed to. I informed Eva Masemola that I have my own Vehicle Insurance, but she still include R570 onto my vehicles monthly installment as Insurance.

The vehicle in question is a VW CitiROX which i have purchased in 2008. The account number is 77171253. My Full Name is Thabang Lengolo.

I find it very irritating that these people are trying to push forced sales by enforcing insurance on us without even selling it to me.

Why would i want to pay for two vehicle Insurances, especially for an insurance i neva applied for, agreed to nor signed for. Please assist me in this regard as ABSA wants to take money that is not entitled to them.
