Mistakes were made and promptly fixed

After sending instructions to reduce my contributions the debit order still went off with the original amount. After contacting my broker, Helen Francisco at Direct Financial Planning, Liberty responded and resolved the issue quickly and in a professional manner.

I can unfortunately only give credit to one person at Liberty but I am sure there multiple people involved.

As a side note the gift hamper with a hand written note was a great touch.
