Hi there,

I recently signed up with the Liblink Financial Adviser, Simon H.

I paid 3 times for a policy that should not be active yet as my original policy with another institution has not been cancelled. It is now 2 1/2 months and i am still waiting on a resolution.

It basically boils down to him saying he will get back to me and never does. So far i have had to get in touch with him Everytime!!

Over promises and under delivers.

I am so disappointed. When we signed up with him, this was one of the key points i made note of, if I need help or have a query, he will be there for us. I feel like i am being fobbed off all the time.

Liberty Life Policies are fantastic but the service not so much.

This week, i increased my Life Cover with the other institution and even got my Husband life cover as well, the service was great, the Broker got in touch immediately and gave me feedback and was on it all the way, called me and emailed. I didn't even bother to ask Simon H for help or let him know what i have done.

I now wonder, Should i change to Liberty and why...
