I fell behind with my payments on my Liberty Life Policy due to financial constraints. I contacted my broker who contacted Liberty Life. I fell behind with 2 payments. My broker phoned to say that the lapse period was today and he contacted Liberty to find out what can be done. According to them, I need to pay the two outstanding payments plus a third payment to keep it running. Put me into a more difficult financial position that I have currently been in, why don't you!!! I have been battling so long to pay this policy and cannot pay the 3 premiums, but can do two premiums this month and two premiums next month. They declined this and the policy will now lapse after me battling to pay them continuously over the past two years - to my detriment. I used to work for Liberty, spoke so highly of them, but this has really caused a lot of heartache for me and I will NEVER EVER consider Liberty again. You!!!
