CLIENT HAS SUBMITTED AN EARLY RETIREMENT IN 2011.SARS ISSUED A DIRECTIVE FOR THIS POLICY HOWEVER LIBERTY CLAIMS THAT CLIENT WAS OWNING AN AMOUNT AND WANTED TO KNOW SHOULD THEYDEDUCT SARS MONEY AND THEN MAKE THE PAYOUT.LIBERTY STATES EMAIL WAS SENT TO BROKER.BROKER WAS OVERSEAS AT THE TIME.LIBERTY DID NOT CONTACT CLIENT FOR CONFIRMATION.HOWEVER WE RE SUBMITTED NEW SURRENDER DOCS ON THE 25TH OF FEB AND FROM THEN TO NOW WE GETTING THE RUN AROUND.LIBERTY SAYS CLIENT NEEDS TO UPDATE PERSONAL DETAILS WITH SARS.CLIENT HAS DONE THAT.SARS SAYS THEY ALREADY ISSUED A DIRECTIVE IN 2011 FOR THE POLICY AND WOULD NOT ISSUE A NEW DIRECTIVE FOR THE SAME POLICY.CLIENT IS RUNNING BACK AND FORTH AND GETTING NO JOY.
