DONT TALK TO ME, TALK TO MY LAWYER

Hi!

I had a bad experience with legalwise, they always promise good service to their clients in their advertisements, but i found out to be not true.

Firstly i was involved in a serious matter that needed their full attention.

Their phoned rang unanswered during the night, and when it was finally answered in the morning they didnt act with immediate response... i mean in other situations you need a lawyer right there...

I was surprised to find out that they wanted some payment before they could help... how in the world can they ask me that when in the other hand they debit my money every month. I was left stranded... but in the hype of that i was promised a lawyer will come where i was detained but i have to fork out transport money... how in the world is that??...and while i was in the hype that i will qualify for good service any time of the day... i am really considering leaving them... cause what they promise is the opposite...
