THE WORST BUSINESS IN THE WORLD!!!

Okay, so here's the short version:

I wanted to settle my account, and received a text message saying that I will get 50% discount.
So it was a number of apparently R870 and I could not remember the amount when i decided to pay so i paid R800 (thinking I was paying R30 extra)
Okay, so i didnt hear anything for like a month until i got this call saying i need to pay R1600!!!???!
SO the person on the other end said that he will talk to his manager and said they will work something out. after i realised i owe them R70 actually, i said i refused to pay anything further.
So I said i will let my lawyer deal with them. and he said no he will talk to his manager.

After that, i got a few calls (also a month later) telling me to pay!!! I WOULD LIKE COPIES OF ALL OUR PHONE CALLS ASAP!!! Because I REFUSE to pay more.
And if i dont get service, my lawyer will deal with it!!
