No reponse after initial meeting - member 749045

My first appointment with Legalwise was this year in February, after being with them for over seven years

I met with Bester Fepane on the Tuesday 26 February, seeking assistance to get a contractor dispute resolved. A week later I sent an e-mail to make a follow up, and he promised to call me back after a week. I have subsequemtly called and left messages, and send a number of follow emails requesting feedback with no response. It has been four months now and I am still waiting for an indication of a plan how to resolve my matter.

I have been a loyal legalwise member for a number of years, and would expect as the advertisement say that "dont talk to me talk to my lawyer", does not apply because the lawyer do not talk to the members and nothing is resolved.
