Worst Bank ever! no service what so eve

This is the 2nd time writing to Hellopeter to complain about standard bank, we have had no success with these people. Our house is insured with standard bank and we had bad storm damage no one gets back to us no one I have had it with this place. I have phone more than 40 times speaking to all these people and yet nooo response.
