So... I have, like many other complaints, the same complaint about my current account.
Been swiping my card, receiving sms's telling me the amount has been reserved for that transaction, only to have Standard bank run the transactions off my current account yesterday.
I have turned every penny twice to ensure I am not in debt this Jan, and Standard Bank has just messed up all my plans... Standard bank, you should be ashamed of yourself.
Fix your system because currently I am banking with a bank I DO NOT TRUST!!!
Bitterly disappointed, no cell phone notification (not that I would believe a word you tell me any longer) I think our relationship has been damaged to a point where I need to move on to another bank.
