I was involved in a car accident on Tuesday morning with another car which skipped the stop street and drove in front of me then I phoned Outsurance (my insurance) to find out which towing service I may use. I ask them directly not to process the claim from my insurance but from the other party as I had all the details. I phoned them again in the afternoon to specify again that the claim should not be process from my insurance but from the other party. They phoned me later the afternoon to tell me that my car has been written off. The next day I got some quote to fix my car and when I phoned Outsurance to tell them the car can be fixed they informed me that they all ready paid the bank and they reverse to reverse the transaction. The following day we ask the bank to refund Outsurance for the claim but Outsurance still revised. Because of that I'm without a car that can be fixed and while the other party are willing to co-operate. Outsurance see the case as closed. (the financial manager refuse to reverse the transaction while the bank was willing to)
