I have since received feedback from Megan Jordan @ M&F pertaining to my hellopeter complaint, however that is where the matter ends. Seems M&F are more worried about pointing fingers and finding out who is to blame than just sorting out my claim.

I have since received an email from Megan Jordan where she CC'd me in on an email to Mark Kruger and Carla Geelhuizen regarding my claim.

Today however I recieved another email requesting me to resend the documentation AFTER it was told to me by Gershwin Koopman in writing that Phakamile has my information and documents on file, so do you or dont you have it?

Is there any one that is going to take this matter seriously? I just need my vehicle to be fixed. If you want I can personally DELIVER the documentation through to yourselves however I am 7 months pregnant and soon will not be able to drive and sort the repair out.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE JUST LET ME KNOW IF THEY ARE SORTING OUT MY CLAIM!!

Your process is ridiculous, why do you send out email confirmations with reference numbers if you actually dont get the email or say you dont!!
