I have been struggling for the past 2 weeks for them to cancel my policy. I am not even dealing with a person directly as they do not have direct emails or contact numbers. I was asked on two ocassions to re-send the same form not informing me what the reason for resending the forms are.
Yesterday I was asked to re-send a certain form again, which I did and today they mail me to say that they are unable to retrieve the jpeg copy please re-send in pdf format. Why did they not inform me of this prior.
This is immensely frustrating as my payment goes off on time, but when assistance and service is required the process gets dragged out. I would not advise anyoen to do business with momentum as their SERVICE!!!
