I have a policy at Momentum which are 10 years old on the 25 October 2013 and suppose to pay out on that day I contact them on the 27 October by email and ask them when can they pay out because I need the money as soon as possible Then my nightmare start Every time it is a different person or consultant who emailed me for my policy number With every email I send to Momentum my policy is on top of the email
Then they emailed me forms which I must complete and certified which I did and I faxed it to them After I faxed those forms they send me a email again and ask my policy number
a Certain Mr Williams send me a email and deny that there was any forms faxed to me This Mr Lebo Matemane must explain what is going on and why they cant pay me my money
