Very stressed and disappointed

Belong to a provident fund scheme with Momentum and I have resigned from the company I work for but my money is still not available. I have sent several emails to the person that is handling our account and now she is not responding. It's been almost 3 weeks that I have been waiting for my funds and according to Momentum FundsAtWork, it would be available one day after you have resigned. I have made travel plans prior to all of this expecting that I would have the money available to me. I've had to cancel 2 appointments for my visa because of this and the 3rd one on 22/07/13 I cannot cancel, else I'll have to cancel my flight and cancel my studies with the university. I can't go in to detail right now, not enough space on here for writing. Just, I'm very stressed and angry that Momentum hasn't conducted itself very professionally in dealing with my funds. And if I don't receive my money by latest tomorrow, I will surely have to forfeit airfare and other things. And no point in speaking to anyone else at the call centre cause they either never available or they never respond to messages I leave. Or any emails I send.
