Feeback System is frustrating and ineffective!

Since the call centre was removed, I have been highly frustrated when dealing with Unisa. The email system of logging queries is very frustrating because nobody ever responds. Last semester I paid and applied for a copy of FAC3704 exam script and I never received a response or the exam script! This semester, I need to apply for a remark and the process is to email remark@unisa.ac.za so that they can send you a form, then you email the form back for a remark. Why not put the remark form on the website to download to decrease the number of emails that need to be responded to??? I havent received the form yet, so havent been able to apply yet. Who do I phone? Sending an sms to get contact details gives you general numbers which send you from one person to the next who dont know what you are talking about and cant help you!
