"Manager" has not come back to me

I lodged a complaint with this company and on Hello Peter on Friday 3/5, i was promised a call back from this so called manager named Sajith from Virgin Money yesterday however he did not call, i called yesterday and left a message with one of the consultants Claud and he promised that this "manager" will call me back by COB but he never did!! This is absolute terrible service for a company that is so big and with an International name!! You would think that the manager would at least contact me because at the end of the day he's response and feedback actually show if they value their customers or not and clearly this company DO NOT value anybody... let alone their customers. Empty promises made and never return calls, you are setting a disgusting example for your agents who look up to you as a manager and for your company.
