I was at the Vangate store on 06/07 to return a gift & i had a gift receipt, the lady at the customer service said they cannot give me a gift card i then asked for the manager, the manager on duty that day was Anthea she said they cannot give me a giftcard i need to exchange it, she didnt even look at the gift receipt.
I contacted cust service 11/07 to logg my complaint on the 15/07 i had still not heard from
the vangate mall store i then contacted the call centre, eventually the afternoon Clinton (SAM) called me. He tried calling once then left a voice message. I called back and i asked the receptionist what his title was she said "he is the SAM". How can you use internal company jargon with your customers? I left a message and he called back. He told me to come to the store they willl assist, i said its not about assisting what is the company policy? as another store already assisted me. He then told me he took it up with Anthea, but in the same breath he asked me if the manager had long hair? I then said her name is Anthea and how did you address it with her if you do not know who i am talking about? THIS IS PATHETIC HE, This is service you receive from a so called REPUTABLE COMPANY??
