Very Disappointing

I called the call centre last week, spoke to Phumzile who couldn't assist me with explaining the claims procedure. She advised me that the claim was referred to a Valuation Department, she said she will give feedback after 3 hours, which never happened. I called the call centre again and spoke to Bakang, who put me through to his manager Collin Nukeri, he also made a promise that he failed to keep as a manager, I find that to be very disturbing. He was supposed to get back to me on Thursday and promised me that he will speak to the manager in the valuation department, will call me and finalize the claim, because it is way overdue.

I called again, spoke to Dennis who put me through to his manager Claudene, who has an attitude, she promised me heaven and earth, but never pulled through.

My mom, doesn't have money, thats why she put in the claim, but she's been given the run around my Sanlam and it's pathetic agents and pathetic managers. No one in that company or those departments would appreciate their mothers being treated the way my mom has been treated by you. It's really unacceptable. People like Collin Phumzile, Claudene, don't deserve to work for a company like Sanlam
