PROFESSIONAL CLAIM DODGERS!!

I am a 3rd party claimant in a MVA that occurred on the 17 January 2013. M&F's client caused an accident which resulted in damages to the approx. value of R7 500.00 to my vehicle. To date (3 and a half months later) I am still attempting to get my car repaired. M&F have employed every possible DELAYING TACTIC and have even gone as far as to completely ignore correspondence sent to them regarding this matter. I moved my insurance portfolio from M&F some years back because of the incompetence of their admin staff, but I see that the incompetence is widespread... or perhaps it's not incompetence, perhaps the staff are acting on instruction NOT TO PAY 3rd party claims!!! It is important for people out there to know that, by law, if one causes an accident, that person is liable for the damages to the other vehicles/property in their PERSONAL capacity. If you are insured with M&F I suggest you look elsewhere! I am now issuing summons against the other driver in her personal capacity. This could happen to you if you trust M&F to "Take care of what's important to you"!!!
