Incompetent staff who lie!!!

I have visited the branch for more than 2 weeks now and I have been approved twice but the lady who assisted me has gone on maternity and she asked Ingrid who has a bad attitude and very unwilling to help. She has now called to say I was declined? Did she find out why after being approved via the head office twice already No!!! When i went to her the first time she was busy chatting up to a friend and took her time to assist me. What kind of service to you give to your clients.
