Calls Been Dropped After Been Answered

Hi

I'm writing a complaint because the whole of today been the 6th of May 2013 I've been calling Bruma Finace to settle my accounts and after I speak to a consultant and stating the help I need from them they tell me I'm been transferred to another consultant then forced to listen to that irritating music for 20 minutes then finally when my call is been answered before I can even state my reason for calling I get dropped and this has been going on the entire day. please sort this out.
