My high opinion of FNB dropped somewhat 4 years ago when I enquired about a Revolving Credit Facility with them, as I have all my bank accounts with them. The most FNB was willing to offer me was 40% of the amount that I was requesting. Bank X offered me 100% without batting an eyelid.

I was pleasantly surprised when today I received an offer for a Revolving Credit Facility with FNB at an interest rate of more than 6% lower than what I've been paying with Bank X and a lower service fee as well. You may just have gone up in my book again, FNB. Now you're moving in the right direction!
