Round and round in Circles with Liberty

I'm trying to sort out a claim with Liberty Life but when I reply to one of their emails, I get an email back stating that I must use [Email Removed] and when I use it, this error comes back: "Error The address [Email Removed] in the "To" field was not recognized. Please make sure that all addresses are properly formed". What has this got to do with me?

My husband passed away and I am trying to get this claim sorted out but with no joy. When I try and provide the requested information, your automated system sends me in circles. Why is it so difficult to deal with Liberty. This has now been going on since January 2013. A similar claim has been done with Old Mutual and they have sorted theirs out long time ago.

I've logged a call with Liberty with reference 48293106. Now please do your bit and provide proper email details where I can send the required information to.
