No sense of urgency for my request

I am actually sick and tired of having to call the call center every time I want an update with regards to my refund. The car debit was not meant to go off this month and this has caused my other debit orders to bounce. I have been calling since the 02/05/2013 when the debit went off and I was told by Anita this morning that this has reflected since the 02/05 on their system. Previous times I called I was told the debit amount is not reflecting at all, like really now. Saturday I get a text saying its in validation, when I call today, Anita tells me that sithembisile is responsible and will call me back, same thing I was told on Friday when I called. I want my money back. U people are causing me lots of headaches and unnecessary extra costs. Can somebody just rectify this nonsense and call me ASAP?
