DEBIT ODERS NOT SWITCHED&NOBODY CALLS BACK

I recently switched to FNB and was assured my debit order switches would be handled by them. I got sms notification that they had been switched so you can imagine my annoyance when i got a call from my old bank to say my debit orders were still running off their system but there's no money in my account (because I has asked my HR lady to switch my salary payment to FNB).

i was boarding a plane when I got the call from my old bank but I managed to call FNB to try sort this out. I was told they would phone me back in 1 and a half hours. NO CALL!

I called again the next day and was told they couldn't pick up anything on my debit orders on the system but that a consultant would call me back. NOBODY CALLED ME, YET AGAIN!

I called again last week and when the lady who answered the call said she would get someone to call me back i got furious and told her NOBODY HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK! She confirmed that the system shows that I had indeed called twice and someone was meant to have called me back but my query still had no action next to it.

IT'S A WEEK LATER AND THEY HAVE STILL NOT CALLED ME BACK! THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! U SWITCH AND THEY LEAVE YOU HANGING!

UNACCEPTABLE!!!
