Unauthorized debit orde

After receiving an sms that my account would be debited on the 13th, I called into the call center and reported that my account had already been debited on the normal date (30th) and was assured by the agent (Dean) that the debit order would definitely not be processed again on the 13th. Low and behold, I wake up on the morning of the 13th and my account had been debited by Sanlam. I called into the call center to ask them to reverse the debit order or refund me... since Friday 13/12/2013, your representatives have sent me from pillar to post & no-one seems to be able to tell me when I will be refunded! All I get is the standard "within 48 hours". Well, it's been more than 48 hours & I still haven't received my refund.
I don't understand why it is that when you are marketing your products, you have more than enough resources to continually call potential clients, but when it's time to service them, the best you can do is send smses telling them to call the call center!!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY COB TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY 19/12/2013! Your inefficiencies have caused me enough headaches! Thanks for ruining my holidays and that's the last time I will ever do business with you guys!
