Unauthorised Debit order amount

An unauthorized amount has been debited from my account, causing my other debit orders to fail. I have made arrangements for an extra payment to go off from my account to cover an arrears amount, but due to an unauthorized amount of R5991.28 has caused the debit order to fail. I will not be held accountable for debit order that has not been paid, nor the credit interest. A representative from FNB phoned me to notify me that my account has been in arrears and that I need to rectify the situation. Upon inspection it appeared that wesbank has debited my account 3 times this month one of which was an unauthorized amount of R5991.28!!! This needs to be rectified by FNB or Wesbank immediately at no cost to me as I at no point authorized this debit order to my account! I am awaiting a speedy response to rectify this situation as it is impacting my name at no fault of mine!
